Alert: California Executive Order and Essential Duties

California Governor Newsom issued an Executive Order on March 19, 2020 ordering Californians to shelter in place to mitigate the spread of COVID19.  Residents are to leave their homes only for essential duties. In his Executive Order, the Governor references the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s guidelines on what is deemed essential.
